• " I highly recommend CRIS Realty. We interviewed several Real estate agents to help us sell and purchase a new home in Frankfort. We chose CRIS based on a friend’s recommendation and on their market knowledge of the area. It didn’t hurt that it's a locally owned company in Frankfort. On the sale side CRIS had our home under contract for over asking price with multiple offers in just a few days. They did a brilliant job of marketing. It seemed it was advertised everywhere. Professional photos, newspaper ad, all the Real Estate websites, Social Media, etc. They even helped with Staging advise before it was professionally photographed.
