  • " I highly recommend CRIS Realty. We interviewed several Real estate agents to help us sell and purchase a new home in Frankfort. We chose CRIS based on a friend’s recommendation and on their market knowledge of the area. It didn’t hurt that it's a locally owned company in Frankfort. On the sale side CRIS had our home under contract for over asking price with multiple offers in just a few days. They did a brilliant job of marketing. It seemed it was advertised everywhere. Professional photos, newspaper ad, all the Real Estate websites, Social Media, etc. They even helped with Staging advise before it was professionally photographed. It was a record sale price for our neighborhood. On the buy side we had some strict requirements and were having a hard time finding what we were looking for. CRIS called several of the top agents in the area and found a home that was already under contract, but we were able to bump it because of a sale contingency. Our appraisal came in much higher than the purchase price so we already have good equity in our new home. CRIS picked up the phone every time we had a question. CRIS had great recommendations for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and movers. If you are considering buying or selling don’t waste your time interviewing other agents just call CRIS.
