During a successful corporate career as a merchandise and wholesale buyer, I successfully lead my team and vendors to negotiate & communicate purchase contracts with year over year margin & department sales increases.  Today, these negotiation and communication practices contribute to my success in Real Estate practices and client relationships.   My personal interest in investing, buying, and selling my own properties & investments changed my Real Estate “interest”  into a  career!
